Description

Kamagra Oral Jelly contains sildenafil citrate, a PDE5 inhibitor used to support erectile function in adult men with erectile dysfunction (ED). Sildenafil works by enhancing blood flow to penile tissue during sexual stimulation and does not produce an erection in the absence of sexual arousal.

Mechanism of Action

The physiologic mechanism of erection involves release of nitric oxide (NO) in the corpus cavernosum during sexual stimulation. Sildenafil enhances this effect by inhibiting PDE5, the enzyme responsible for cGMP breakdown. At recommended doses, sildenafil has no effect without sexual stimulation.

Precautions
