Product Name & Packaging
Product Name: Vidalista 20
Generic Name: Tadalafil
Dosage Form: Tablet for oral administration
Strength: 20 mg
Pack Size: 10 x 10 tablets
Manufacturer / Market Reference: Centurion. The branded strength and pack format are supported by commercial product listings, while the clinical sections below are aligned to official tadalafil prescribing information.
Description
Vidalista 20 contains tadalafil, a PDE5 inhibitor used to improve erectile response by enhancing blood flow to penile tissue during sexual stimulation. Official tadalafil labeling also recognizes tadalafil for erectile dysfunction and, in some regulated products, for the signs and symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia.
Indications
Commonly indicated for:
Erectile dysfunction (ED) in adult men
About the active ingredient:
Official tadalafil labeling includes treatment of erectile dysfunction, and some tadalafil products are also labeled for benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and ED/BPH. Final catalog claims should follow the approved labeling in the market where the product is sold.
Dosage & Administration
Administration: Oral use, with or without food, exactly as prescribed. For tadalafil used as needed for erectile dysfunction, official labeling recommends a starting dose of 10 mg prior to anticipated sexual activity, with adjustment to 20 mg or down to 5 mg based on efficacy and tolerability. The maximum recommended dosing frequency is once daily. Because Vidalista 20 is a 20 mg presentation, use should follow the prescriber’s instructions and the supplied pack insert.
Mechanism of Action
Tadalafil works by inhibiting phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5), which helps increase cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) levels in penile tissue. This promotes smooth muscle relaxation and improved blood flow, thereby supporting erectile function in the presence of sexual stimulation.
Precautions
Important precautions:
Contraindicated with nitrates because tadalafil may cause a potentially dangerous drop in blood pressure
Do not use with guanylate cyclase stimulators such as riociguat
Use caution with alpha-blockers, antihypertensives, and alcohol because additive blood-pressure-lowering effects may occur
Patients with significant cardiovascular disease should be medically evaluated before treatment
Seek urgent medical care for priapism, sudden vision loss, or sudden hearing decrease/loss.
Side Effects
Most common adverse effects may include:
Headache
Dyspepsia
Back pain
Myalgia
Nasal congestion
Flushing
Pain in limb
Patient-facing tadalafil labeling also commonly lists indigestion, stuffy or runny nose, and muscle aches, with back pain and muscle pain often appearing 12 to 24 hours after dosing and typically resolving within 2 days.

Storage: Store at 20°C to 25°C (68°F to 77°F), with permitted excursions to 15°C to 30°C (59°F to 86°F). Keep out of reach of children.
